When Justin when on stage in Philippines he put up a great show despite having chest infection. Just before he when on stage he tweeted, “sick as a dog…but the show must go on. got called a trooper. lol. LEGGO.”
According to reports Justin was sick since last week and has been diagnosed with bad chest infection.
Hollywood blogger Perez Hilton wrote on his site that Justin’s condition was so bad that he was seen vomiting backstage between songs. A doctor was said to have checked on him backstage.

From Kayla: I went to Justin Bieber’s concert last night in Hartford, CT and it was beyond amazing it was his first stop for his first ever tour. During the last song Justin was performing Baby and Usher came out on stage. The crowd was wild the whole time. All of a sudden Justins mom Patty walked by too.
